Cancellation and prepayment conditions
Flexible - 3 days
- The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The customer will have to pay the full amount of the reservation if he cancels within 3 days before arrival.
- No prepayment is required.
Non refundable
- The customer will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
- The customer will have to pay in advance the total amount of the reservation at any time.
Pre-authorization preferences
- I pre-authorize guest credit cards prior to arrival for certain types of conditions.
- The amount I block on the customers' credit card corresponds to: First night.
- I pre-authorize customers' credit cards after the free cancellation deadline.
